apache2 won't start on freebsd

here's what I did.

I installed apache2 on my freebsd box, and i had some start issues that were posted. However it did seem to work.

I added this to the inetd.conf located in my /etc folder.

"http stream tcp nowait root /usr/local/apache2/bin/apachectl -k start"

and when it boots, I get no errors, but when I try to access from another pc, this is what I get.

"[Fri Feb 16 19:22:37 2007] [warn] (2)No such file or directory: Failed to enable the 'httpready' Accept Filter"

has anyone seen this?

I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

I think I need a break and to have some fresh eyes look at it.
