drivethru
I'm trying to get a file uploader to work and it says I need to change the max file size in my php.ini. Can anybody tell me where php.ini is located in vdeck? Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/38940-phpini/ Share on other sites
Archadian
you should have a PHP folder either in C:\ or C:\Program Files its in there. why don't you just go to Start > Search > Files and Folders and search for the php.ini file? That would be alot faster than posting on here Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/38940-phpini/#findComment-187331 Share on other sites
drivethru
I tried searching for it and it comes back with no results. Do you have to create the file or is it already included if you have php? bobleny
Did you use a package like, XAMPP or WAMP? Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/38940-phpini/#findComment-187343 Share on other sites
drivethru
No, i didnt use anything. I just assume that php.ini was included with vdeck and I just have to modify it some. bobleny
I don't know anything about vdeck, but I can tell you that when you install php you will get a php.ini. I take it then that you have a server and php installed? I would try looking in the server directory.... Like, c/program files/apache/php or something like that.... boo_lolly
vdeck is basically a cms for your virtual server. you can manage a mysql database and other features of your web-server via using this vdeck. what i would do is contact your hosting company and ask them what kind of priviledges they offer for customers regarding the php.ini file... when you call, ask to speak to a level-2 tech.
