How to get unique record from mysql table

Hi everyone,

As you can tell, by my question, I am a newbie.

Can someone please help me with this:

 

I have posted members data through a form into my mysql table successfully. I have about 5 members records.

Now, I would like for when my members login, their RECORD data is access from the database so that when they go to their member's page, all the info is pulled from the database into their page. How can I do this with php so that they retrieve their RECORDS and not any others upon entering their members page. It'll be retrieving data like Biography, description, username, etc.

 

Can someone please point me in the right direction with a code.
