Hacker Catcher tool?

ok, i found one and i'm trying to read and study for this one,

how about you members, users, gurus, moderators, geeks, crackers, hackers, and server administrators
what do you recommend a software tool for catching 'EVIL Hackers'...

I don't discriminate all hackers there are two types of Hackers and those are;
White Hackers --> The Angel... :)
Black Hackers --> The Evil... :o

Just wanting to know a good advice from you brothers... : )
I know there are a lots of tools out there but i want to know which are the best for catching BAD hackers...
