I downloaded the php installation pkg from php.net and at the end of the installation I recieve an error message saying 'There were errors during the installation. Please try again' Any tips? Chunk1978 Posted March 1, 2007 Share Posted March 1, 2007 hey there... as far as i would assume, you downloaded the wrong PHP package from http://www.entropy.ch/software/macosx/php/... you are probably using Apache 1.3 (not 2.0), so try downloading that one... either that, or there's a problem with your /usr/local folder (it's a long shot, but still a possiblity)... in Finder... goto "Go" menu at the top of the screen, then select "Go to Folder"... after it prompts you to enter a path... type in: /usr/local if the folder exists, then it's a good thing...
