Update two rows with one query

i have table with following schema

ID    |  NAME      | SEQ 

----------------------------

10    |  APPLE      |  1

11    |  BIN        |  2

12    |  CAT        |  3

-----------------------------

 

i want to update row 12 SEQ from 3 to 1 and

row 10 SEQ from to 1 to 3 with one query.

 

is this possible with one query/

you use something like

this will not work.

try using OR instead of AND.
