My php/mysql website allows me to access the admin panel via web ( which im guessin this is POST-ing data ) But also, I have a form where webmasters can (POST) submit their links with a Thumbnail, Problem is, the server will not allow the Images(thubnail) to be uploaded from their pc. and will not write the file this is not a chmod problem i have those directories set at 777.
