fopen() warning

I'm very new to PHP (2 days) and its been a long time since I did any coding (5 years). I'm getting the following on the html output from my php page:

 

Warning: fopen(...filename....) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: File exists in C:\Apache2.2\htdocs\ingrid\formTestGet.php

 

It does however open the file and outputs from it. Why is it saying there's no stream, when I can get data from the file?
