Notice errors help...

When that code is put on a page and the vars are empty i get:

 

Notice: Undefined index: sectionid in C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache2\public_html\joomla\index.php on line 14

Notice: Undefined index: id in C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache2\public_html\joomla\index.php on line 15

Notice: Undefined index: Itemid in C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache2\public_html\joomla\index.php on line 16

Notice: Undefined index: sectionid in C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache2\public_html\joomla\templates\rhuk_solarflare_ii\index.php on line 2

Notice: Undefined index: id in C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache2\public_html\joomla\templates\rhuk_solarflare_ii\index.php on line 3

Notice: Undefined index: Itemid in C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache2\public_html\joomla\templates\rhuk_solarflare_ii\index.php on line 4

 

 

Those errors... Now, how can i get those errors to not be shown without turning display_errors to off so i can still see any errors that come up, just not those ones?

Try a few settings with this:

 

http://sg.php.net/manual/en/function.error-reporting.php

 

You probably want this one:

 

// Report all errors except E_NOTICE
// This is the default value set in php.ini
error_reporting(E_ALL ^ E_NOTICE);
