[SOLVED] list of subjects which are links for bulletins

I am trying to list all the subjects of bulletins for a logged on user.  I am stuck.

 

can some one please help?

what error are you getting?? also your includes should end in .inc.php, not .php.inc

 

if they end in .inc, people can read the files as though they were text files, unless you have a mime type identified for .inc
