Looking for application/web site which users could log onto and book car parking

My employer has around 15 permanent car parking spaces with about 30 company car drivers. The only fair way to allocate spaces is on a first come first serve basis and they have to ring in and book times and spaces, but this is taking up a lot of time for our internal staff

 

Has anyone any idea of an application / web site which users could log onto and book? Ideally, the user would have to log on and then book a space of their choice for a time of their need. Once booked, only that user could change or cancel the booking

 

I'm guessing that PHP is the way to do this and was wondering if some sort of template might be available

How about you find a developer and get a bespoke website built just for you?

 

And i know just the person for the task
