I've been asked to add a banner at the top of the pages in a phpBB forum and I can't understand what the hell is going on. I've downloaded all of the forum code onto my PC but I can't for the life of me figure out which file to add the HTML into to show a simple flash banner. If someone would be kind enough to point me in the right direction it'd be gratefully appreciated!
