swanwebs
Im looking to find out some information....we are currently attempting to build a rather complicated script that will unzip then execute the files within this zip, the problem is we are getting an error: Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 168558592) (tried to allocate 268120960 bytes) in /home/*******/public_html/pclzip.class.php on line 3235 We have upped the memory_limit of php in the php.ini file however that made no difference, if i run the file directly from shell using: php -f script.php There is no problem doing it through shell, so i'm guessing there is something else i need to adjust, any help is appreciated. btherl
You may want to call an external program to unzip the files. I can't imagine how unzipping would require so much memory, unless you are reading the entire archive into memory.
