searching a file for certain information

So I want to search the source of a website for a specific string. The string changes each time the page loads, and what I want if the string that changes each time the page loads. For example:

 

First Load:

 

phrase=353285732

 

On Refresh

phrase=35320890

 

so I was wondering how to search the file for "phrase=" but just grab the numbers after it. thanks

I say the & because I need more than just the phrase= portion, I need the whole line so I know where to parse the second portion at. If you can figure it out from there more power to you. Hope that helps.
