android6011
So I want to search the source of a website for a specific string. The string changes each time the page loads, and what I want if the string that changes each time the page loads. For example: First Load: phrase=353285732 On Refresh phrase=35320890 so I was wondering how to search the file for "phrase=" but just grab the numbers after it. thanks Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/43579-searching-a-file-for-certain-information/ Share on other sites
per1os
<?php $website = file_get_contents($url); list($before, $after) = split("phrase=", $website); list($id) = split("&", $after); print $id; ?> I say the & because I need more than just the phrase= portion, I need the whole line so I know where to parse the second portion at. If you can figure it out from there more power to you. Hope that helps.
