Dynamic Text with Flash issue

I need help! I finally got some dynamic text to import into flash on my website. What I have it doing is I can write to text file using a php from a flash based form and then it adds what ever was written in the form and adds it to the text file from which the text is then read by another flash based page and output for all to see. The problem I'm having is that I want to keep the text arranged with newest input at the top and oldest on the bottom. Right now everything works but the new text is on the bottom. I want to do this so the secretary can easily update the minutes section of a website without having to mess around with web files. Any help would be appreciated.
