gazalec Posted April 3, 2007 Share Posted April 3, 2007 hi i'm making a registration form which emails the information to a sales rep so that the details can be checked, the person can be contacted then the details are entered into the system so sounds simple enough but i keep getting this error and i dont think its the PHP rather the PHP configurations, i am using EasyPHP not actually running of a proper web server more like a 'virtual' web server so i was wondering if any one could help Warning: mail(): Failed to connect to mailserver at "localhost" port 25, verify your "SMTP" and "smtp_port" setting in php.ini or use ini_set() in c:\program files\easyphp1-8\www\eo\online ordering test\registration.php on line 87 Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/45426-mail-function-error/ Share on other sites More sharing options...
