gavenf Posted April 8, 2007 Share Posted April 8, 2007 Hi there, I would liek to know how to write a PHP form that lets me write in detials related to a file I wish to upload. An example of the form inputs are Name, Description, date added email and then the file input box itself. I can make a standard from to upload to a file on the server but nopt attaching detials to it that are stored in a table called "upload". Any help would be great.
