Ex: "Google.com = Online" Then if the server goes off, "Google.com = offline". I would also like to know if you use php to make an aggrement, like a window that comes up the first time you go to a new site, and you have to accept the terms, to view the site, but the next time you go to the site, the terms dosn't pop up again, because you allready accepted.
