Help with Upload script

I want to be able to upload at least a maximum of 50MB here is my PHP code:

This is my PHP.INI file:

Any clues about why it will upload less than 2MB but nothing more?

increase max_execution_time

and remember to restart apache

It did not work.

 

I tried to upload a 3MB file and got this message:

 

Change permission to 777 failed.

erm.. the upload folder must be writeable!!!

 

chmod 777 -R <folder>
