what is the best way to do this

that is where the line has the problem...
echo "<textarea rows="5" cols="65"  name="Categories">";echo"{$row['Categories']}"; echo"</textarea>";

 

here is my parser error

this:

needs to be like this:

echo "<textarea rows=\"5\" cols=\"65\"  name=\"Categories\">{$row['Categories']}</textarea>";
