what is the best way to do this

that is where the line has the problem...
echo "<textarea rows="5" cols="65"  name="Categories">";echo"{$row['Categories']}"; echo"</textarea>";

 

here is my parser error

 

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_LNUMBER, expecting ',' or ';'
