Error: Invalid access to memory location.

I've trying to set up a database, connecting PHP to MySQL, with IIS. Every time i try to run one of my pages it comes up with this error. "Invalid access to memory location."  I have checked all security settings and everything looks fine. Could someone help or point me in the right direction.
