Get lenght in seconds or miliseconds from a FLV video file

Good morning everyone =)

 

I'm really going nuts. I've been trying to read the lenght of an Flv video file the whole morning!

 

I've read tons of documentatio from mmpeg, mencoder, php, mplayer and nothing has come to my mind yet.

 

I've a FLV file...¿how can I retrieve it's lenght from code without playing it?

 

All ideas should be appreciated
