mmarif4u Posted April 28, 2007 Share Posted April 28, 2007 Basically he want to connect to his database but how,,, The problem is from his server bcoz the phpinfo page is not displaying. If he did not go from basic then how he will know what to do. 1st of all he has to configure his server(php,mysql,apache), that these all are listning to each others. If the phpinfo runs it mean everything is ok then he can test his db connection. I think the password problem is not a big problem. mmarif4u Posted April 28, 2007 Share Posted April 28, 2007 Sorry i am not using msn, 1st check that either php,mysql,apache is installed where, i mean that on ur space or from ur host side, If from host side(Diffenetly it is configured), but for confirmation u have just to ask. If everything is installed on ur space then open the file config.inc.php Try to read it.
