Installing SQL-I dont know how

I don’t know how to install the SQL. I dont even know if installing is the right word... I have a PHP forum, and the guys over there tell me off when I ask for help, or don’t answer. I have no experience with SQL, and I've looked around here for anything that could help me. My problem is the program easymod won't install it, and I dont know what to do with it….can someone PLEASE tell me where to put this/what to do with it or anything? If you need any further information I will provide it!

The SQL posted above needs to be executed on the database server to update the database via myphpadmin or other suitable query browser - be sure that you select the appropriate database before executing the SQL script.

I am not willing to write a quick tutorial on myphpadmin... there is probably information already available somewhere or perhaps someone else here, that actually uses myphpadmin, may be of more use.
