Installing the Fast Click scipt php

Hello,

 

I am trying to install the Fast Click script

 

I tried uploading all the files to the my server in the regular(public) directory and then I tried the cgi bin (I set all the permissions)but in both locations I keep getting the error when I try to use the admin.php:

Could you tell me the reason for this and how I could solve it.
