Blank screen after php/apache AND php/iis 5.1 installation

I tried installing php with iis 5.1 on my windows xp pro sp2 box, I've spend 4-5 hours configuring and trying to fix the problems, but no luck.

So I thought that I could install WAMP along with iis and modify the apache port bindings, but yet again, blank screen  >:( >:(, so I know that it isnt a server-specific issue, has anyone had a similar problem, please help
