Error in my_thread_global_end(): 3 threads didn't exit

I have tried to install PHP on IIS windows xp. But Its showing lots of errors ike "could not load modules..."

I have disabled some dlls  and now that errors are not showing.

But now I am gettting following error.

 

PHP Warning:  require_once(SAM/php_sam.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in sam_factory on line 1

PHP Fatal error:  require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'SAM/php_sam.php' (include_path='.;C:\php5\pear') in sam_factory on line 1

Error in my_thread_global_end(): 3 threads didn't exit

 

 

I have installed PHP in C:\Program Files\PHP folder.

 

Any idea to resolve this.
