Please suggest some forum where could I find an answer

//////////

I made a php scrip to upload image in MYSQL database but can't display it in correct way! I suspect that the files have been written in ASCII mode because I can read text files properly. I made some changes in fopen comand:

$fp = fopen($tmpName, "rb");// rb= read in binary mode

But I alway get the same results.How to save the file in binary mode if this is a cause. Can send my php upload and download files if you like.

Please help. I'm desperate.
