[SOLVED] Warning: sprintf() [function.sprintf]: Too few arguments

Recommended Posts

I use Dreamweaver8, PHP, and mySQL 4.1.21

I'm gettting this error when I try to update a record

Warning: sprintf() [function.sprintf]: Too few arguments in C:\Sites\recycle_update_order.php on line 159

Query was empty

    if ($_POST['received'] = 'y') {

      $updateSQL = sprintf("UPDATE orders SET received_by=%s, received=%s, received_date=%s WHERE order_id=%s",

GetSQLValueString($currentUser, "int"),

                GetSQLValueString($_POST['received'], "text"),

                GetSQLValueString($_POST['update_date'], "date"));    ****** this is line 159 *******

      mysql_select_db($database_imcrecycle, $imcrecycle);

      $Result1 = mysql_query($updateSQL, $imcrecycle) or die(mysql_error());

    }

update_date is a hidden field on my form

      <input name="update_date" type="hidden" id="update_date" value="now()" />

I know the error has got to be something with the way Dreamweaver8's GetSQLValueString() function and dates work.

Any idea as to what's wrong and how to fix it?
