Hi .

I have a table where a cell is empthy.

now the code:

if($_REQUEST[p]==y) {
$query = "SELECT * FROM service WHERE assigned_to is not NULL ORDER BY msg_date ASC";
} else {
$query = "SELECT * FROM service WHERE assigned_to is NULL ORDER BY msg_date ASC";
}

The problem is: when the first option is selected p=y the mysql show all rows nu just those where the assigned_to is not null

the seccond option: he don't show anything !!

Any idea ?

I use myusql 5.0.41-community-nt, php-5.2.2 and apache-2.2

thanks !
