problem in image

hai
my problem is , i have to display the image from the different site.
if i try to viewimage the it says it is bin type file.
how can i assign the path to img tag
please help me

but
what u typed is basci that i know

but when i try to view that picture by right clicking the image and viewimage it opens the winndow to save disk . it says that the image is 'bin' type
