Div height problem

Hey guys.

If you look at www.clickmyarcade.com... if you look at the main index.php The Main div with the content is about 1 pixel off from the top div with the links

The white line that goes around the whole thing, Its off a little

Well that div in the css has a set height of 204px and when the content in the div gets bigger then that, it messes up and goes off by that

But changing the set height to anything more then 204 just makes things worse. and taking out the height line only messes up some other stuff like the Signup for newsletter div.

Does anyone have any idea how to stop this?

Please any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
