flatcircle
Just upgraded from Mysql 4.1.20 to 5.0.41 (Windows platform). All ok. Afterwards I imported all my databases => all ok I checked my websites and they are all running fine. However, when I check my databases within 'MySQL Administrator', I can't edit my users I defined in my previous MySQL 4.1.20 installation. Users are visible but not editable. Also, I can't modify the users rights (all options are greyed out). Users were in the previous MySQL setup defined with the 'old_password' option. Could this be the problem and do I have to delete and add them again in my current 5.0.41-installation to use the new password-hashing-method? Regards. B.
