[SOLVED] Blank PHP page

Greetings

 

I have developed an online survey with PHP5 and MySql 5.027, all works fine on my Dev server. Using exactly the same setup on my live server I get a blank page!... I'm really confused and am scouring the php.ini file for anything i can see that may be causing this...  Any ideas..???  Helllllp!
