Yes, you are right, I can use MySQL.

 

I am worried about overhead, each time a client has to make changes in database, he has to do one seek cycle in MYSQL to check this flag, thus I thought memory slot is far faster.

 

OK how would you handle my situation, I am sure you would have done this type of work.
