hi there everyone,,,

im kinda a noob to programing, and couldn't find any tutorials on this matter anywhere...

i am making a petition website with php and mysql database...

i simply want to know how i can count the number of entries in the mysql table...

e.g.

so i can echo on the page the number of people who filled in the petition.

if someone could help me with this,

i ll be eternally grateful
