Ok, I dont even know if this is possible or what is the logic to it.

 

but what i want is to email everyone in the database who match certain criterias..

 

i mean i will do something like lets say select from email  Where (type=$type)

 

what is the best way to do this there is a fuction that will do that

Just use $row['email'] in the spot where you put who the email is going to.
