I am not really sure as to what the problem is.  I think it has something to do with the width.  I checked my width tags and it doesn't seem like any of the values would cause this problem.  It looks fine in FireFox but not in Internet Explorer.  To see the problem first hand, go to http://www.postexasko.com/soundingboard/index.php?styleid=2 using both browsers.  If you want to just see the code, it's below:
