Suchy Posted May 30, 2007 Share Posted May 30, 2007 What would be a beter way to use less bandwight on displating pictures. - Limiting file size to ex. 256 kb and displaying it at 640 x 480. or - having no limit on upload and then with gb converting the image to jpg or png and dynamicaly resizing it to 640 x 480 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
MadTechie Posted May 30, 2007 Share Posted May 30, 2007 - on upload convert the file to jpg and resize until it meet a size (ie 256kb) if you use dynamic resizing then they may not be cached.. limiting the file size is a good idea.. but alot of people will get confused how to do this.
