neo777ph
help..when i tried to view my web application and not specifying the http://hostname/index.php. the browser shows all the files within that server..Files that are within the HTDOCS folder. How can I restrict none-admin users to view the folders/files using the web browser? and also how can i make it default, that when every time an end-user try to access the system using "http://hostname/" it would show the index page, not the folder and its files? thanks a lot! r-it
put an index page there, like an index.htm page which says something like directory does not allow contents to be listed, then tht will hide your content Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/54717-how-to-restrict-none-admin-users/#findComment-270656 Share on other sites
