Alerting all script kiddies

Im looking for a php/perl script that:

 

Displays files in a dynamic fashion on a webpage in an organized layout taken directly from a folder on a server, files also have to be displayed as links. So basically all I have to do is update the folder and the new files get listed.

 

Just a simply script with a line of code that I can modify to point to the folder would be fine. Also if there is a special name for this, that would be great also and I can commence my search with a little more accuracy.
