Making a website compile txt files

Ok so here goes(I hope this is the right forum too),

 

I play the game diablo 2 lod and I have a bot running, I found a lil program to output multiple log files to one webpage. FOr an example, http://vlada.servebeer.com. I was wondering if theres a way to do this in PHP. The file doing this atm is a single file exe running as a webserver and inside it contains the config so Im not even sure hows it making the output file. I know im explaining this terribley but any help would be cool! thank you, nate!
