[SOLVED] Adding // to my output

Hi Ive got a field which will either enter a date e.g  13/06/2007 14:09:31 or 'N/A' if there is no date.

 

However, for some reason the 'N/A' is coming out like  //N/A

 

Does anyone know why? Ive tried adding stripslashes in front of it but to no avail.

 

Im sure this is something simple.
