Newbie to PHP here.  Have a PHP file that submits a 'header' to an HTTPS URL in a FireFox browser which successfully receives a .csv file

<?php

header("Location: https://www.good.com/cerebus/gmp/exportHandheldData.do?serialNumber=all&searchField=&handheldType=&status=&carrier=&export=Export%20Entire%20Dataset");

exit;

?>

When attempting to run this directly from the command line (in Windows) using: php -f <filename.php>  nothing happens

When attempting to build similar code function using cURL, again, nothing happens.

The resultant .csv file is the result of an 'export' function based on the server.  Typically the file is named using a standard filename convention:  e.g. GMP_Data_2007-06-16.csv.

I'm not quite sure what approach to take, nor the best place to go to find clues toward a workable answer.  Spent 2 days Googling info and quite honestly am a bit confused with info overload  ???

Ideas, comments, suggestions, all input is appreciated.
