MasterACE14
Can PHP and Javascript work together, just like how PHP and HTML can work together? Regards ACE Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/56159-solved-php-javascript-friends/ Share on other sites
cooldude832
php isn't meant to work with anything. It is a prehypertext processor meaning it can interact with any sort of hypertext area (including javascript, css, html, any file you want). The trick with interaction with the js is that you watch your quotes. php can interact with any file type a browser can support. Some people use php to create .pdf files, and the graphics libraries for php allow alot of graphical creation and interaction Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/56159-solved-php-javascript-friends/#findComment-277423 Share on other sites
cooldude832
php can't do much after a page is loaded because its a prehypertext, however if you are talking about doing after page load stuff you might want to look into ajax which can send out a query via javascript sorta like a min cron job, without forcing a user to reload a page. However it requires the end user's browser to support a certain version of javascript Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/56159-solved-php-javascript-friends/#findComment-277424 Share on other sites
