I currently have the form results and inputted string displaying on the same page using:

<form method="post" action="<?php echo $_SERVER['$PHP_SELF']; ?>" name="form1" onSubmit="return validate(this);">

but I want to show the results and the inputted string on a different page, how do I do this?

have the action as the url to the different page.

Then on that page have the php code to do whatever you want to do with the values.

so change:

<form method="post" action="<?php echo $_SERVER['$PHP_SELF']; ?>" name="form1" onSubmit="return validate(this);">

to something like this:

<form method="post" action="anotherpage.php" name="form1" onSubmit="return validate(this);">
