skymanj
I was just testing a PHP script on my server, the other day, and I had a major problem. I uploaded the test script to my server, went to localhost/ and so on. when I typed in the URL it should have been at, nothing showed up. I recevei the following error. Quote Object not found! The requested URL was not found on this server. If you entered the URL manually please check your spelling and try again. If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster. Error 404 localhost 06/20/07 10:03:37 Apache/2.2.4 (Win32) DAV/2 mod_ssl/2.2.4 OpenSSL/0.9.8e mod_autoindex_color PHP/5.2.1 Any ideas on how to fix this? I use xampp btw. samus
Unless they have Web Server on a stick. I have that and all I need to do is type in localhost/ whatever.. Unfortuantely I don't know what is wrong, but from my eperience, web servers on sticks (although you may not have it) are abit tempermental.
