[SOLVED] ie problem

i have a web page that works fine in firefox however the torment laid on by IE is paining me the reason is the page goes all messed up when it is displaying on ie.

 

this is one line of code that comes up as a problem on dreamweaver but i cant see whats wrong it work fine like i said on firefox 

 

PLEASE PLEASE HELP

says missing bracket or something ? cant see a issue.
