it's not really a rotation.. it's more a slide show.

 

what you have there is an javascript array with all the 10 pictures and basically just one function changing the pictures (like hovering buttons)

<img src="pic1.jpg" id="pic1" onMouseOver="javascript:changeImage();">

 

so all you have to do is the js and later adapt it to be generated by your php script
