babybird11 Posted June 29, 2007 Share Posted June 29, 2007 hi I have just started up my new website, its www.bestcompaniesintheworld.com Google have listed it but it doesnt seem to be picking up the keywords! in any search also in the site description on google it is my footer! if you type bestcompaniesintheworld into google it comes up with " We are not responsible for the images on this site or the content of external sites. Hosted By A New Shop Hosting · Registered by Jamie Taylor" in the description! can someone please tell me how to fix this! i have copied and pasted the relevant part of my config file /* * Site Details */ $cfg['site_email'] = "[email protected]"; // Site email $cfg['site_name'] = "Best Companies in the world"; // Site name $cfg['site_url'] = "http://www.bestcompaniesintheworld.com"; // Site url $cfg['description'] ="Internet Advertising Site for Businesses, offering cheap advertising to a huge variety of customers, Sites can display a link on it and have an advert permanently for a small fee! babybird11 Posted June 29, 2007 Author Share Posted June 29, 2007 to be honest I dont know! i bought this php script off of someone on ebay!, i only know the basics of code language! $cfg is all the way down my config.php file, I tried removing it and adding <meta name="Description" Content= but the site just came up with a syntax error, it is really annoying because all of the search engine bots are picking up the wrong info!
